Hello! I’m Charlotte, a consultant medical herbalist based in North Yorkshire. I support adults and children with a wide range of health concerns, using personalised herbal medicine, nutrition and lifestyle guidance.

Initial appointments are available either in clients’ homes, or from the Herbary at my home in Kirkby Malzeard near Ripon - a peaceful, private space for one-to-one consultations, with access to my complete herbal dispensary.

• Full initial consultations (90+ minutes) - for long-standing, complex, or chronic health concerns, or a full health 'MOT'

• Short consultations (25-35 minutes) - for minor illness or injury

• Follow-up appointments (40-60 minutes) - in-person, online or by telephone

• Remedies (10 minutes) - simple treatments for common conditions available via a 'micro-consultation'

I am fully qualified, and a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH), which upholds high standards of training and professional practice.

My approach blends traditional plant medicine with modern scientific understanding, taking into account the whole person - not just the condition. Rooted in a lifelong connection with plants, my work supports the body’s natural capacity to heal.

Herbal medicine is a safe and effective form of healthcare that can support both acute and chronic conditions, across all stages of life. When prescribed by a qualified practitioner, it can be used safely alongside conventional medication.
