Face-to-face appointment

Please describe the main problem you would like help with. Just a few words is fine, eg 'arthritis in my hands', 'stress at work', 'diabetes', etc. If there is a lot going on, that's OK! Just pick one or two issues and we will explore the rest together.

During this initial consultation we will discuss your specific health concerns in depth, as well as talking about your broader wellbeing, lifestyle, diet, and any tests or medications you have been provided with by your doctor. Please send a list of any medications and supplements you are currently taking to me in advance of your session, or make a note of them to bring along to your appointment.

First appointments are face-to-face and take place either in your own home or in my home Herbary, a peaceful and private space for one-to-one consultations with access to my herbal dispensary. Home visits are available within a reasonable travelling distance - please contact me before booking if you would like your consultation to take place at your home.

I am currently dealing with some rather frustrating quirks in the booking system I use, that mean my usual notice period for bookings (1 day) is not applying itself to my appointments calendar. Therefore, booking an appointment for the same day is currently possible via my booking system.
