I offer a variety of simple, often seasonal, herbal remedies for a range of common issues. These are supplied following a brief consultation to ensure they are safe and appropriate for your circumstances.

Soothing Skin Cream - £15 (60ml jar)

A calming herbal cream to support dry, irritated or sensitive skin.

Hayfever Tea - £8.50 (50g), £5 (30g)

A herbal tea blend to support the body during seasonal allergies.

Cooling Joint and Muscle Rub - £12 (60ml jar)

A cooling cream for mild joint, tendon or muscle irritability or tension.

Deep Tissue Joint and Muscle Balm - £12 (30ml jar)

A warming ointment for stiff, aching muscles or joints.

Echinacea & Elderberry Syrup - £8 (100ml bottle), £14 (200ml bottle)

A traditional herbal syrup to support the body's natural defences, especially helpful in cold and flu season.

Thyme & Liquorice Cough Syrup - £8 (100ml bottle), £14 (200ml bottle)

A soothing herbal syrup to support the respiratory system during mild coughs or throat irritation.

To access these remedies, please book this short 'micro-consultation' slot (10 mins) which allows for a quick suitability check, and to collect your remedy. The slot fee is redeemed against the cost of your remedy, so you only need to pay the difference on collection.

All remedies are supplied following a short suitability check. If a requested product isn't appropriate, an alternative may be offered, or your booking fee refunded.

For ongoing or more complex issues a longer consultation may be recommended.
