Hello! I’m Charlotte, a consultant medical herbalist based in North Yorkshire. With a lifelong love for plants and a fascination with our place in nature, I draw inspiration from the wild and wonderful world around me - the changing seasons, herbs that grow through cracks in the pavement, and the power of plants to help us heal and feel whole.

I offer herbal medicine consultations for adults and children, with initial face-to-face appointments available either in clients’ homes or from my home Herbary in Kirkby Malzeard, North Yorkshire - a peaceful, private space for one-to-one consultations, with access to my herbal dispensary.

I am fully qualified, and a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH) who assure professional standards.

My practice blends traditional plant medicine with modern scientific knowledge, and takes a holistic approach in which the whole person is just as relevant as the specific problem they have. Herbal medicine promotes health and wellbeing, and can treat both acute and chronic conditions. Used with care it is very safe, effective, and can be use alongside pharmaceutical medication. By working with a qualified herbalist you can be assured that herbs are chosen and combined appropriately, however complex your situation.
