During this special March Women's Health consultation we will focus on your specific concern in depth, as well as talking about your broader wellbeing, lifestyle, diet, and any tests or medications you may have had. 

This appointment is designed for anyone experiencing hormonal changes, menstrual or peri-menopausal symptoms, or other health issues that solely or disproportionately affect women, for example:

  • PMS

  • Stress or anxiety

  • Fatigue or insomnia

  • Painful periods

  • Heavy periods

  • Irregular cycles

  • PCOS

  • Endometriosis

  • Hormonal acne

  • Peri-menopause 

  • Fertility concerns

  • Recurrent UTIs/thrush

Please send a list of any medications and supplements you are currently taking to me in advance of your session, or make a note of them to bring along to your appointment. 

First appointments are face-to-face and take place either in your own home or in my home Herbary, a peaceful and private space for one-to-one consultations with access to my herbal dispensary. Home visits are available within a reasonable travelling distance - please contact me before booking if you would like your consultation to take place at your home.

I am currently dealing with some rather frustrating quirks in the booking system I use, that mean my usual notice period for bookings (1 day) is not applying itself to my appointments calendar. Therefore, booking an appointment for the same day is currently possible via my booking system.
